10/10 for not blaming Apartheid, but really?

Just when you thought you'd heard all the excuses in the ANC blame-shifting handbook, they surprise us with yet another of their ludicrous reasons for what is obviously the result of incompetence and corruption.

Our esteemed Minister of Home Affairs, Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma, ex-wife of our honorable president told reporters yesterday that faster service delivery by government is fueling service delivery protests.

"Sometimes success puts pressure on government," Dlamini-Zuma said.

She then went on to give statistics about all the good deeds the government had done in the past 18 years and said that the service delivery protests are a result of people seeing that other people are getting services so quickly. They subsequently get jealous and start burning tyres, throwing stones at motorists, burning down their counselor's houses, burning trains and buses.

We love the ANC

Makes sense, doesn't it? The fact that there have been more than 70 000 service delivery protests since 2004 obviously doesn't mean that the ANC is NOT delivering. No, it's because they're delivering SO FAST.
