South Africa back to Stage 6 on Genocide Watch

The president of Genocide Watch, Dr Gregory Stanton visited South Africa in July 2012 to assess the situation in the country. South Africa was moved back to stage 6 - Preparation - after being moved down to stage 5 shortly after Julius Malema was suspended.
